What are some of your hockey accomplishments this season? Overall?

Getting back on the ice after bad injury suffered last year. Meeting new players and friends and establishing more of my game.

What has drawn you to the Warrior program?

I was drawn to it before I transitioned out of active duty and down to Florida. Figured it was a good way to get on the ice and build camaraderie.

How has it helped you transition between military and civilian life?

It gave me a network to meet new people, make friends, and answer questions about the VA.

What is the most fulfilling part of being a Tampa Warrior?

Knowing that I have a group of vets that share the same interests I do while also giving back to the community.

What advice do you have for other veterans? Or veterans interested in the program?

Just reach out. It's always hard to transition and/or try new things, but having hockey crazed vets makes it much easier.
